If someone says something to me that strikes resonance with my other half, I can't make a riposte. I just go into acceptance mode.:)

    Nope. Not while there are almost 6,000 miles between myself and my husband. When he does try to boss me around, I just turn off Skype. And yes, it sometimes infuriated him. I love it. :D

    No. When my husband ever said to me that he was the head of the house, I would just say yes you maybe, but I'm the neck, and the neck turns the head ;)

    No, but I have a friend who is and it makes me so sad. She is lovely on her own but when her partner is with her, she wont speak a word.
