My Ocado shop just arrived. But, we discovered that we'd accidentally bought 3x Tropical Fruit Juice Drink instead of fruit juice. The friendly and helpful driver took them back and off the bill. But, we've just realised that our total doesn't come to over £80 any more. So, does that mean that they won't give us the £20 off for the voucher and charge us more?

Next time is easier, because you can just call up your last order and click through down the list straight into your basket.
I'm sorry to state the bleeding obvious, but I know somebody who was hand-picking each item each time they ordered!
My plan was actually to clear the list, and then add things as we run out. Then when we get to the minimum order amount, click the button. We'll probably still buy most of our stuff from other supermarkets, but mainly use Ocado for stuff we go to Waitrose for.

I am literally shaking my head in disbelief that an apparently intelligent poster, can be so breathtakingly naive, not to mention being in a virtual panic attack situation about a bunch of groceries arriving :eek:

I've been doing online supermarket shopping for ten years, mainly Tesco and Sainsbury, plus a handful with Waitrose, and I STILL get a bit nervous when they are coming....You've got to be in, to hear their buzz, for 1-2hours.....and worry about things that might go wrong....like, what if they come and I didn't hear them, and they go away again; what happens then? Still I am a bit of a recluse, so it's not my daily routine to deal with people..
Plus, as I said, when I first made an order with Tesco, I'm pretty sure that I worried about the payment side of things. I think it is because I/we are used to paying for things at the same time as we get those things, ie in a shop....so getting a load of groceries without paying feels unusual, at first.....deliveries from postmen(etc) aren't the same, as we are used to those.
