Thanks Nick!
I picked up German speaking coverage briefly whilst trying to view it and wondered what all you TV owners had been witness to!!!!!

(sadly I fell asleep whilst waiting for Nick to come on that evening)

Wow! Just happened to look out the window and saw a weird craft in the distance. Ran outside in time to see an enormous beautiful cobalt blue/silver airship go right over my building and over the other side, towards Stratford Stadium.

I assume it's a night ride to show passengers the sights over the Stadium, anyone else seen it? So exciting to see it in the night sky!

No, I see pink elephants on those days!

How much longer is this 'I can't get tickets' topic going on for? It's been on since Cristo last night, all day today and now DB is continuing it. Other stations are talking about the actual sport and LBC are obsessed about ticket availability.

Duncan. Please don't refer to women of a certain type (models, z-listers, girls that enjoy a night out boozing etc) as 'Doris'. You've used it two nights in a row now.

I don't care that you're using a slang word, I use them myself. I don't think it's even a derogatory name.

But 'Doris' is what Jim Davidson - my most hated 'comedian' of all time - used to call women. Please don't remind me of him or drag yourself down to his low level.

Can someone tell me how they came by the cost of tickets for the seats. I know I'm always at the theatre, and I get constantly questioned by people about it (who smoke and go to the pub incidentally), but even that is nothing in comparison to these prices.
I think the thing in the sky is definitely a UFO from another planet and they've decided to put off invading until this lot is over.

Poor Nick - it was way too noisy in Stratford this morning. He managed to retain his concentration well.

Had to laugh at some of the comments made by the American press.

As ever James O'Brien considers everyone elses views to be biased but never considers that he is!

I bet he couldn't wait to get to the studio this morning to have this rant. He's been working up a head of steam on Twitter since late on Friday night. If somebody had opened a book, I'd have put every penny I have on this being his opening topic. Unfortunately, James, we've moved on. We know you love the chance for a spot of Tory-bashing but it's old news.

Morning all.

'Doris' is an acceptable, even amusing and affectionate name for women in Wales. Many Welsh people use it.

For me this has to be the most boring and pointless show I've heard from JO'B. He's been making the same point for an hour and a half and hardly any callers are even replying to his questions about political content of the Ceremony.
