we're eating at lunchtime today. I've been cooking all morning. doing a large gammon joint ... Tesco finest reduced from nearly £12 down to £5. Been in freezer since New Year!

Having leeks, carrots, runner beans, Yorkshire puds, baby roast potatoes cooked in foil with fresh mint and butter. Will do some parsley sauce too.

Dessert is an Aunt Bessie's Apple Pie and Cream cos I just didn't have time to make a pud.
