Syncing Ipod to Computer...

Is there anyway to get your songs from your Ipod onto your Itunes? I've recently had to reinstall my laptop and even though songs that I purchased on Itunes are back on it and a few others, theres a lot missing. I don't want to connect my Ipod to the laptop and it sync and I lose a lot of what's on there. I mean I could manually put all my songs back on it but it's a pain. So if there's an easier option, I want to know :D

    What I've had to do in the past is, connect to the PC, immediately swipe on the ipod to cancel the sync and select file at the top left of the screen in iTunes and 'transfer purchases from ipod'.

    Look up CopyTrans. It will deal with your problem but will cost you a few quid ... but not much.
