yea I saw people worried about that as well, Im a bit worried too.. The style of the songs you've posted which were successful and had no chorus doesnt match their style at all, so it is kinda weird
I'm now not worried, I'm totally intrigued! I think people are so conditioned by the typical pop song structure that the unfamiliar is making them uncomfortable. May I throw in Baba O' Riley as another song with a refrain but no chorus.
As far as their style I don't think they have a defined one yet - compared to current boybands let's say - so I applaud them for trying to bring something different. That is the one consistent thing they've said ever since they were formed.

I never realised songs like Pinball Wizard didn't have a chorus so maybe the lack of chorus won't be noticeable.
