Looks like she's going to be back on our screens pretty soon.

Interesting. She's obviously had one eye on the money making opportunities that this case could throw up from almost day one.

I suspect a book and TV 'exclusive' will follow - maybe they'll wheel out Piers Morgan.

    Yes, certainly looks that way
The singer is thought to have documented her day-to-day life since The Sun on Sunday published an undercover story by investigative journalist Mazher Mahmood in 2013.

Must admit it smacked of entrapment from the start.

I'm sure everyone will be chuffed to bits that a miscarriage of justice has been averted here. They must think it's a crying shame what poor Tulisa has been put through and will now surely wish her all the best for her future and a return to her former glories.

No. A miscarriage of justice has been averted, but I still think that Tulisa has the personality of mildew.

That's not a criminal offence yet, but come the day of my glorious ascension to supreme power...

What she says is irrelevant. She lies, time and time again. She only confessed to the BJ tape when it became screamingly, hilariously obvious that it was her. She denies plastic surgery, when Ray Charles can see she's had it done. As JasonWatkins points out, she is on tape admitting crack dealing when she was younger - now that could be a lie, or her current denial of ever dealing could be the lie. It's difficult to tell, but again, she is lying one way or the other.

Anyone remember John Alford from London's Burning? I bet he's more than a little pissed off today...

The witness got caught out lying in court. That's why the case got threw out.

What a foolish girl, going on telly to explain everything. She's going to have to be very careful she doesn't incriminate herself again. Why doesn't she just keep her head down?

and get a new manager because her old bestie hasn't done her any favours.

If she's lied and she does incriminate herself, it will show that there's nothing much 'upstairs'.

Varey isn't her manager, he's just her "PA". Or "friend who she pays to hang around".

I doubt she'll incriminate herself on the documentary because it'll just be no more than a puff piece about her "year of hell".

I'm just speculating, but she'll most likely try to paint a picture of someone who is vehemently anti-drugs for one thing.

She'll also likely try to brush off what she's been caught on tape saying as her "playing a role" or words to that effect.

And her claims that she dealt crack in her youth will almost certainly be completely ignored.

Anyone who feels the need to refer to another human being as 'a piece of trash' really isn't any higher on the evolutionary scale

Now it's all over hopefully she will just disappear. She doesn't really have anything likeable or interesting about her.

The defence documents initially submitted to have the trial thrown out have been made public. Makes for interesting reading.
“Nish pretended that she really wanted TC to get the part and commented that TC needed to show she was suitable for the role.

“Nish said words to the effect that TC should remember her past.

“This was highly manipulative conduct designed to lure TC into further drug-related talk and activity, while creating an enormous financial incentive for her to do so.

‘TC responded to Samir’s luring and ‘egging on’ by talking further about cocaine, believing that this was what Samir wanted to hear, she hoped to increase her prospect of securing the part by doing so, and believed she could.

“TC’s talk of involvement and connection with cocaine was similarly made up by her, but well received by Samir.

“This was done to please the film-makers, to increase her prospects, not because it was true.

“In addition, TC recalls that Samir diverted the conversation to celebrity prostitution, with reference to someone known to Samir.

“TC understood Samir to be hinting at sex with TC for payment

If i'm reading it right, she's claiming that her talk about cocaine and her connections was "made up" because that's what she thought they wanted to hear.

I suppose we're supposed to believe that she was still "acting" when she phoned her co-defendant to discuss the "sweets" and whether or not he could get any ?

Don't get me wrong, the whole account of the night is rather lurid and does paint somewhat of a picture of Mahmood and his assistant trying to steer things for their own ends, but then that's what the defence are paid for I suppose.

I think everyone who's seen the video knows she knew full well she didn't think it was a audition. Thats probably what she's been told to say after the case collapsed. Pretty sure she didn't come up the idea either. I bet she doesn't say why she called her drug dealer friend if she thought it was an audition.

Sorry to pipe up :) out of nowhere but I just hate the way being "caught" sucking cock on camera is being used to snipe at Tulisa. **** shaming much? I am a heteroseual woman. I like sucking cock. Technically that makes me a cocksucker, yes it does. How on earth is that relevant for how I conduct my life? Rant over.

Have you any videos to prove it?

It was her nonsense surrounding the video that was dumb and forgetting what she'd been up to in LA. I found her puritanical outrage difficult to swallow as I did her statement yesterday.

I appreciate she may have been drunk and was acting to get the role but of all the people to call she phones some bloke who thinks sweets means drugs and turns up with £800 of cocaine, it's easy mistake to make.

Your husband or boyfriend is a lucky fellow. Please feel free to donate to any future cloning programs. Assuming you also don't claim to be too tired or have a headache when they show interest in you, I think we can all agree you're awesome.

As for Tulisa, her initial denial was the incredulous part. Then her choice to act as if it was some hugely shameful act rather than, as you have, simply going "Yes, that's me, I didn't expect my ex to put this out as revenge porn, I was young and trying to please my boyfriend, I never claimed to be a nun, can we simply move on? I'm a singer, not a porn star, I'm here to promote my work, not my sex life." instead of trying to spin it on talk shows.

I'd probably end up watching the documentary just to see how she tries to explain away this rather salient point.

Also, why she sent Mahmood a text 12 days afterwards saying she would "sort him out" as well as texting her co-defendant and forwarding his number to Mahmood.

Was she drunk then as well ?. Or was she still acting ?
15.15 The following day, May 22, at 5.28pm, Contostavlos texted Mr Mahmood saying: "Let me know wen u land so I can sort u out! Love Tulisa xxx"

She later texts Michael Coombs and forward Coombs's number to Mr Mahmood

The only point of actual interest for me in an otherwise highly murky affair on all sides, imo (also cut short the minute Simon Cowell's name lands on the scene, just by chance).

What does the above imply about the oh so wonderful industry and how you go about 'increasing your prospects' within it?

Clearly she was on a 12 day bender and will be doing a feature about her drinking hell, followed by a BBC 3 programme on the dangers of catnip.

That'll be it - it'll be a 6 part series. Just have "My <fill in word here> Hell" and you'll be on the right track.

It seems she's been making a programme throughout, just seen some footage of her with her QC discussing the case.....it didn't look natural.

Did I hear her right on Breakfast saying she's never had anything to do with drugs?
