i phone 4s volume butons not working ?

My I phone 4s side volume buttons are not working and when someone calls theres no ringer but it does vibrate ,the speaker switch is on,iv tried reset to no avail ,cleaned the docking bit too please help guys thanks

Perhaps you'd be better off asking this in the Mobile Phones forums rather than the Gaming forums?
