She denies it, but you can tell what she's lust for.

Are those wedding bells I hear. :)

Don't you read the papers...she's in denial but it's obvious.

Pretending to be annoyed at the suggestion, yeah right.

I was sure I'd heard that Dyke was not just her name but her lifestyle of choice.

Oh the old 'she looks a bit masculine, she must be a lesbian' line.

    Christ.

If the OP's talking about her TV programme, and they must be as Tom Ellis is happily married - why not put this in the TV forum?

No not at all, I said I had heard it, not that I had formed that opinion based on her looks. I heard it as a matter of fact, not of opinion.

Jump to conclusions why don't you.

    Christ

:D Just because you 'heard it' doesn't make it a 'fact'.

Sigh, I said that I had heard it as a fact, rather than an opinion. I did not claim that it was fact, there is a difference.

In other words the person who mentioned it presented it as a fact (e.g. "she is") rather than as an opinion (e.g. "I think she is" or "She probably is" or "She has to be"). I believe at the time it also came with the name of an ex-girlfriend (who I cannot recall). It was delivered in a matter of fact way, as in "Oh yeah, didn't you know".

I am therefore only passing on a statement, not forming my own opinion. I do hope that's all cleared up now to your satisfaction.

Ah well, at least you have moved on from rolleyeyes to smileys. :D

In an interview with her in the Metro today, she refers to a boy she fancied , if that helps

Claire Balding dated men when she was younger. Doesn't make her any less of a lesbian though!

She was quoted in an interview in January this year as saying

“I’ve already got a clingy dog and I’d prefer an independent boyfriend who could feed himself if I go away for the weekend and not have to wait for my neighbour to drop by.”

There was no mention of girlfriend
