Did you make up new words to pop songs when you were a child?

Came across this video of Level 42's song 'Leaving Me Now', and it took me right back to junior school, and a friend who made up the 'hilarious' words "Well I suppose you're eating a cow, you were so hungry but so full up now".
Yeah, right, not exactly razor edge satire, but we're talking 8/9 year olds here.
Do you remember any made up words from pop songs when you were a kid?

"I need some grapes, like I've never needed grapes before - wanna make love to a grapefruit".
That was our fave.
A pattern is starting to emerge - little kids are obsessed with food!
Adele's Skyfall makes a mean ballad dedicated to Apple Crumble for example.
This reminds me of when people at school used to make jokes about that old Steps song "Tragedy", by changing the lyrics. "Tragedy -- when you lose control of the toilet roll..."
Ha ha, I've never heard that one, but I like it!
Least say what original title of the Mj song it is
:D:D haha
I hope you were a lot older than 8.
I was 8 at the time wannabe was released, seem to remember everyone singing it in the playground
That made me laugh out loud, it's bloody appalling.
My version of tragedy was" miss haggerty, she jumped in the bath and burnt her ass, it was a tragedy " miss haggerty was a teacher at school
(The hymn 'Give me joy in my heart...')
Well our version was:
Your momma's got no money - your dad is on the dole
so he went down to Aldi - to steal a sausage roll
He's on the run
With an Aldi sausage roll...
Haha very good!
Genius!!
"We had joy, we had fun, we had Suzie on the run. The fun didn't last because the ******* ran too fast"
in place of
"We had joy, we had fun, we had seasons in the sun."
I don't know who Suzie was...
