I'm going to learn how to play an instrument. I've always fancied learning how to play the piano - and this year I'm finally going to do it.
Just off the phone after booking weekly lessons. Almost quit before I started when I heard the prices.

1680x1050 for moi
Seriously though, I'm going to try stop eating unhealthy food though, its difficult seeing the fact evertything thats good for you tastes like crap.
Question, if I get subway, and get them to put lettuce on my chicken sambo, does that make it healthy?
i do one every year and i tend to say that if i can do around a quarter of it then i'll be happy - i don't actually purposely set out to knock each item off, i just stick the list up in a prominent position so i look at it regularly and if circumstances at that point in time suggest i can knock an item off the list fairly easily, then i'll do it.
i've got 30 items on it this year ..
i know what i'm like and i know full well that if i sit down one day and say "right, i am going to paint a room in the flat within the next month" i just won't do it.
that's why i feel the 'to do' list works better for me because there's no hard and fast 'rule' that you have to do anything on it - just that if the opportunity presents itself then take it.
Why do you think you're not a good person now?
(1) Flip the finger up at the green brigade by escaping bubblewrap Britain & go on at least 1 long haul & 1 short haul flight.
(2) Find myself a girlfriend
(3) Get more monies worth from the disgusting license fee
Number 1 is easy to do as with money that has been given to me by relatives during Xmas, I nearly have enough for a flight. .
Number 2 is slightly more difficult but at least have 12 months to do before it gets broken
Number 3, I will be able to do without breaking a sweat
For once in my life, I may actually be able to keep to my resolutions lol :D
Save money so I can travel to kenya and help in an Aids orphanage for a month.
The two are kinda linked cos originally this year I wanted to go back packing to India or China but my Dad won't let me (I have been backpacking to Malaysia with World Challenge this summer) and he's not too keen on me going to Kenya (although he prefers the fact I'll be with an organisation, he wants me to do Camp America). My Mum is annoyed I'm letting him rule my life.
Passing my Driving test after I failed for a second time last Tuesday.
Get a new job as the place I currently work (McDonalds) is possibly the worst place to work most of the staff are really horrible to me there .
Possibly get my own place in Devon .
2) pay off my debts
3) pass my driving test before my theory runs out in june
4) get my own flat
It seemed like such a good idea at the time!!!!!
You must have a big garden  - was it going cheap after Beijing?
Pass my degree
get a good job at the end
loose dome weight
And my OH and I have a little competition as to who can get richer in our chosen industries quicker (she's an artist/illustrator, I am a music techie, and we're both in uni). I am beating her slightly atm, I'm promoting a gig in Feb, plus have a recording job coming up next month, which I'll get £100 for
