On the 13th Sept, 26th Sept and 29th Sept Skyplayer downloaded the following films without me requesting them on the service
1. Invention of Lying
2. Usual Suspects
3. Erin Brockovich
I understand the Kontiki service is P2P and will allow any films that YOU have download to be shared with other Sky users.
I have read the terms and conditions on Sky Player and it states that the service will share films you have downloaded.
In this case I have not downloaded these films and therefore do not understand why the service would have done so.
I have a limited download/upload allowance and these films had reduced my availablity to download other items on the web during September.
I keep a log of my daily downloads and could not understand the peaks of useage on the stated dates, and only came to light when I logged into Sky player and saw the films sat in the download library.
Can anyone give an explanation of these unauthorised downloads and can I complain to Sky.
