MeatLoaf & Cher - Cher's as immortal in life as she is in these contests! Sure does know how to rock the leathers, sorry Meaty but even androids understand that no means no.

Dvicio - I don't care how pretty they are, it's like 5 Spanish Gianluca's in one... loads shotgun!

Pat Benatar - The old rocker's still got it. Prefer others of hers though.

Hilary Duff - Glad she's sidelined motherhood and gone back to music.

Shirley Bassey - Go on gal, you belt it out. They don't make 'em like Dame Shirls any more.

Sheridan Smith - So conflicted. Love Sheridan and hers is better than the original, but that Cavern Club hanger on is vile.

Years And Years - Weird plinky plonky music, I'm sold, even with the bizarre voodoo ceremony in the woods.

a-ha - This is how you make a music video, cutting edge stuff back in the day. A timeless classic.

Sinine ft. Sandra Nurmsalu - Rock chick Sandra. The Estonian goddess can turn her hand to anything. <3

The Daniel Indart Project - You can never have enough video game music. :D Gotta dig that accordion/Latin flair combo.

Art Garfunkel - Happy to sad in an instant. Those poor bunnies.

B*Witched - And back to Happy again. B*Witched are amazing and anyone who tells you different is a liar! True double denim fashionistas.

Slinkee Minx - Can't beat a good Clubland classic. Better than the original.

Raign - brb's pick? ;) The song isn't that bad, but she needs to sort that attitude out. No doubt she'll find her way back into the lives via a wildcard.

The Saw Doctors - Drunken dad music, no thanks.

Puer Kim - The English subs are brill, it's not just me with the dirty mind reading too much into it? "If I climb on top will I die?", "In a world that tries to give a fist-sized love" :D I haven't seen that much chemistry with mannequins since GlamboyP. :D:D

Gigi Radics, Kati Wolf and Szonja Oroszlan - This is everything I was expecting from this super trio and more. Epic! :)

Shy'm - Bloody hell it nearly became NSFW on that kitchen table! :o Got a vague hint of Albania 2010 in the chorus (not a bad thing).

Robyn - Not one of Robyn's best.

Alexa Feser - Takes a while to get going, but a definite grower.

Amanda Palmer & The Grand Theft Orchestra - "I'm not the killing type" Erm, who are you trying to kid? The doctors in the asylum? Because it looks like they've already got you sectioned based on the pristine whites going on. Oh heck there's blood everywhere, who let her make a plastic knife into a shiv?!

Saint Motel - Great song off the Fifa 15 soundtrack.

Kimbra - Very retro. Kimbra should do more poppy stuff.

    :)

Italy are back to selecting the entry from Sanremo, they said the winner will be entitled to represent them on facebook so I'm not sure if that means the winner will definitely do it or will just get first refusal

The long hair suits Sanna. It takes years (and years) off her. The pair of them surely can't be any more inept than what we had this year............

Didn't enter this week's fantasy contest as I've been away from my laptop most of the week, and thought ah well nobody will pick my song, and sure enough there it is staring back at me in the playlist.

    Phill's review

MeatLoaf & Cher Two music legends in 1 song, would have fitted in in the 80's with a few tweaks.
    Dvicio This was OK
Pat Benatar Not liking this one at all.
Hilary Duff I really liked this, its a bit Taylor Swift and its been written by swedes
Shirley Bassey Her voice is amazing and she puts on a flawless performance.
Sheridan Smith She does this much better than the original
Years And Years Wasn't a fan really.
a-ha Surprised this hasn't been entered before, has the A1 version been sent? Very iconic video too and a good song.
Sinine ft. Sandra Nurmsalu Even at 8:50 in the morning she can really sing, this has grown on me since I first heard it.
The Daniel Indart Project Lacking in lyrics
Art Garfunkel Never really seen Watership Down and I've never been moved by this song.
B*Witched I've toyed with entering this over the years, got to love b*Witched
    Slinkee Minx I didn't like this :(
Raign I really don't like this lady's attitude, her songs not too bad though.
The Saw Doctors Another one I don't like :(
Puer Kim This is one strange video, mannequin dominatrix's!
Gigi Radics, Kati Wolf and Szonja Oroszlan Some Hungarian Divas now, no surprise I'm really liking this
    Shy'm This wasn't bad.
Robyn I remember the Beverly Knight version more think I prefered Bev's version too but this is still good.
Alexa Feser Quite liked this, think it was missing something.
Amanda Palmer & The Grand Theft Orchestra Not sure what I thought of this really it was strange.
Saint Motel Not my thing really.
Kimbra Not sure why she decided to put on that outfit, think she found it discarded at the back of a Spanish strip club. Like the retro vibes to this.

She looks stunning with that Longer hair. Much better than the power bob she was sporting in Copenhagen.

Italy 2015 entry will be chosen among San Remo contestants.

The San Remo winner will earn the right to go to Vienna. If the winner declines the chance to go to ESC, RAI will pick another act between San Remo entries.
