You can order them online at cadbury-world. £24 for a crate of 48.

Not that anyone typing this has ordered any :o

Nothing like a good bit of nostalgia. They'd better still taste as good...

You can still get Scampi Nik-Naks; there is one garage in Aber that sells them... but you can't get them in any supermarkets around here.

You can get dinosaur eggs in Marks and Spencers and my local shop still sells Kellogs Country Store.

Every single time one of these threads comes up Cabanas are mentioned.

Who used to make them - surely there can be a petition to get them re-launched? They were basically a bounty with cherry pieces and caramel on top - can't be too difficult can it?

They must have been gone for nearly 30 years too!!!!!!

Somerfield's own brand mustard piccalilli (they still do the sweet piccalilli).

Apart from being great for sandwiches, it had the amazing property of making your pee a fluorescent yellow colour a few hours after eating some.

Phillips Fogg tortilla chips (the originals in the old style bag, NOT the new ones!)

I loved them so much! They ceased production now, i should have stockpiled bags and put them in an airtight room

Re: Ice Breaker - I adored the turquoise blue wrapping and the blue mint chips in the plain chocolate.

I remember a turquoise lolly, not ice pop, that was blackcurrant flavoured and turned my mouth blue:D

Pink Panther chocolate bars - soooo pink:)

Also, we sold an ice cream called Hearts - that was a heart shaped choc ice on a stick that had vanilla ice cream and raspberry ripple inside.

I am sure about 20 years ago there was an orange ice lolly that contained vanilla ice cream in the centre.

    Anyone remember a Lord Toffingham?

    wow :o

I also love sour skittles, I used to eat a LOT of them when I was younger, they still sell them in a lot of the shops I go in.

I miss spaghetti flavour monster munch! you could only get them in the multipack along with roat beef flavour. does anyone else know what i'm on about?

    Here you go:

Way down deep in the middle of the Congo,
A hippo took an apricot, a guava and a mango.
He stuck it with the others, and he danced a dainty tango.
The rhino said, "I know, we'll call it Um Bongo"
Um Bongo, Um Bongo, They drink it in the Congo.
The python picked the passion fruit, the marmoset the mandarin.
The parrot painted packets, that the whole caboodle landed in.
So when it comes to sun and fun and goodness in the jungle,
They all prefer the sunny funny one they call Um Bongo!

    All together now! :D
