A friend of mine husband is away for a while, a couple of years at least, now she is wanting a what she calls a man's touch, but not full sex.
Her Hubby don't seem to mind so much, they got what they call a open marriage. Anyway I was chatting to her on the phone a couple of days back and she was saying that we should try it.
Now being single and have been for a while and maybe wanting some female company, my body is saying fine. But my mind is saying no.
Reasons, she is a friend and I do not want to change that, she is married and I have seen some of these so called open relationships before and it is all ok in theory until someone acts on it and it all goes haywire.
I got involved with a married woman a few years back, true that she was on the verge of a divorce, but it was still complex.
So what on earth do I do?
Not sure what I am putting this here for either, but maybe wanting someone to say don't be stupid and just keep as we are, nothing of any good will come out of it. I don't normally post these type of things in public.

I'd steer well clear to be honest. Too many reasons and I cba to type them all but you already seem to have your own reservations anyway!
OP, you know very well it's a silly idea, or you wouldn't be posting for advice.
If you do it chances are you will end up not friends or at least very awkward around her and her husband

But her husband may do when he gets out of prison. What's he in for? If it's for anything violent, I'd steer clear.
He is not violent, saying that things like that can make people react differently. But he is more or less saying it is ok.

You are right, the problem is I do not go out that often, the one mate I did go out with a lot is not well so is not going out anywhere at the moment, i am not well at the moment either which don't help.
