I immediately thought of Mike Yardwood or Mike and Bernie Winters .I think Yardwood is still alive not sure about the Winters or Snorbitz.

Mike Yarwood is alive, but certainly isn't active in showbiz any more.
Mike and Bernie Winters quit their double act over 30 years ago - Mike emigrated to the USA, Bernie is long dead.
Paula Abdul was a judge on the much-discussed X Factor USA just a few months ago!
And Keith Chegwin (aka Cheggers) is still alive and well but doesn't appear on TV much any more. He was in an episode of that recent Ricky Gervais series with Warwick Davis.

James Bourne has written a musical that's about to debut in Leeds soon starring Gareth Gates.
Jimmy Cricket. He was always on the telly when I was a small child in the late 80's/early 90's and then seemed to vanish. In fact I thought I'd imagined him for years until I was on Youtube a few weeks ago and saw an old clip of him on there. I suppose his wholesome comedy act simply went out of fashion.

She also has a strong career in independent/art house film. Not making big money, maybe, but she's constantly working.
According to IMDB she was in John Carter - which would explain why you haven't heard of what she's doing no one went to see it

Paula was a judge on American Idol from 2002 until 2009. Don't know what she's doing now though. Also, don't you mean Keith Chegwin?
