Next week's hoteliers appeared on Channel 4's 'Four in a Bed' a couple of years ago - and whilst they were lovely guys, I don't think they had much of a clue about running a hotel.
I wondered if he was on the verge of a heart attack or something, he looked really stressed out. Also got the feeling that he may have been a functioning alcoholic.
Physically he looked like a mash of Father Ted and Mark Harmon (NCIS).

When she did my friend's hotel apparently he "didn't react the right way" and had to do the scene again, but more dramatically. Since then I can't really enjoy the program.
