  Hmmm try turning channel and going back again. Has happened to me in the past and that's all I did to fix it.

  Yes back on here is Luton, had a dreadful job getting through to tech support which was in India, then I had a mixture of help which was patchy to say the least.

  I keep on getting the same problem, changed channels from SS1 to Premplus and a black screen (I have reordered them in favourites) I then managed to fix it by typing the channel number using the number buttons and it worked.
  
  Instead of using the +/- channel try typing the number in.

  Yeah, when I was told by CS that the PremPlus would be working by 9.30, I politely told him that the game would be over by 7pm, so that wouldn't be much use to me...

  its working on Sky - so it must be a vm problem.
  
  9:30? LOL I dont think VM will be bothered to fix the problem because the season is nearly finished and Prem Plus won't be back next season

  what a rush! the calls went from 0 to around 300 on my billing system in the space of 2 mins! KInew something was up! Sorry gang, hope you all managed to see the best of the match!!!
