Which of the keys on the keypad is the 'lock key' please?
My keypad was locked and so pressing 5 didn't work (when responding to an automatic survey from Virgin). I had a message on screen saying 'press the 'lock' key'. I don't know which key this is. Normally to unlock my phone I press the green and then the star keys, but this was too late and this isn't a single key anyway.

The lock key is on the side of the phone!
