Diane has gone down South. No mention of Diane through the Christmas episodes. Seems the actress has disappeared again. This seems odd timing with Bernice having just returned. As she was absent for months earlier this year I hope all is ok with the actress who plays her.

    Seems strange Liz Estensen keeps disappearing though.

    Ok, the reason given is plausible, but you have to wonder whether all is well.

    You can excuse Richard Thorp & Paula Tilbrook, as ill health off screen has been documented.

    Why was Bernice brought back?

    If there is a problem with Liz, it would explain firstly her long absence earlier in the year, where Chas was in charge, on her own & taking a guess, pub laws require someone to be on the premises & bearing in mind Chas is otherwise engaged, I guess Bernice is the only other with licence experience that could do it?
