Facebook, I completely deleted all my contacts but?

After deleting my full profile and likes and friend list, I find there is 1 friend left that I cannot see to delete, I wonder if this is a hidden spy friend that has latched on to my now deleted profile. I know the only way to get rid of this is to finally delete my Facebook account, but it has left me wondering how I can't delete this ghost friend?

    It will be a friend that you've had that has since de-activated their account.

    There seems to be a lot of ghosts on Facebook. It says have 490 friends but I only have 430 friends because 60 have deactivated their profiles throughout the time I've been on Facebook.

    Why don't you terminate your Facebook account altogether? That way, no way you will have any data left, everything will be deleted. If you want, later you can create a new account with a different e-mail address and start fresh.
