Been listening on and off for the last 4 hours, and in parts it's been very unprofessional. Steve wright came on air after 15 secs dead air, blaming jo whiley. Then at the end of his interview, you heard Alan dedicoat on stage through the background, no handover, straight fade.
Then again at the end of tony Blackburn/Sara cox.
Paloma faith complained of no in-ear monitoring, even the crowd were complaining there was too much bass.

You just get the band introductions and set on TV.
To make use of the staging I guess after proms in the park, radio 2 hosts what they call 'festival in a day'

I agree. Just wonder if it turns a profit.

Watching Jeff as I type, truly brilliant.
Nothing in the TV forum that I could see, Jeff is sheer brilliance and a total perfectionist. Close your eyes and could could be listening to his albums, he's captured the sound perfectly.
Can't believe he's not toured for almost 30 years, he must behave been in hiding with Ms Bush.
dear god.. was I watching the same concert?
Utter brilliance so far as I'm concerned.
Only 2 things wrong... they needed to turn Jeff's mic up a bit, and it was too short by half.
My thoughts exactly, only watched him but loved it. Sound cranked up to max
