she was annoying me when she produced the matchbox

I've been on the borderline of annoyance so far. It was nice to see different ideas at first but now it's just irritating.

I was rather meanly satisfied that Paul gave his 'style over substance' comment earlier.

    Eating Custard Tarts For Science!

It's a tough job but someone has volunteered to do it. I would but there is no Asda within 20 miles of me.

I was talking about this with my mum earlier, I thought Brendan seemed like a lovely person, but his baking irritated me a bit, he seemed to be perfect at everything though he wasn't actually to be fair. I get a similar feeling about Frances. He was a better baker than Frances though.

    :cry:brendan woz robbed........

Which is a good thing. I don't think my Slimming World consultant would think much of the experiment. :D

Custard tarts - my all time fave. I bet camera and sound crew line up to work on this show, someone has to eat up the leftovers!

Best shop bought custard tarts are M&S. :p

    I second that......

I have no custard tarts, or cake in the house, so I have had to make do with a kitkat chunky, poor substitute.

I'm sorry but Kimberley always comes across as too pleased with herself but to be honest her pie looked delicious

The style can be a great way of elevating a great bake above the others. It does absolutely nothing if the food itself is poor, which it has been a few too many times.
