Tiscali Trouble AGAIN

Hey all
Just looking for sum advice.

I have had Tiscali since November and had problems since day 1

Today my Phone and Internet has been suspended. I called them up and Customer Services Said they dont know how it happened apart from it might be because i cancelled the Direct Debit in January and have been payiing by card.

Now my account is in Credit and there is nothing outstanding.

I am getting sick of Tiscali taking the **** out of me.

Do i have the right to cancel without being charged for cancelling
