Help re-installing Raydon Software.

I have been away for several weeks and no surprise my Foxsat has reverted from Raydon to Humax software 1.00.21, there must have a OTA change whilst I was away,
I have tried installing Raydon 4.0.8 but the download does not start, "Please wait download in progress" and there it hangs. Can anyone sugeest a solution.
