BBC Documentary about the summer of 1997

I don't know if anyone remembers this but it was made a few years ago, 2007 possibly. Think it was the BBC - basically a narrator and load of talking heads recounting what an unusual time it was. Topics covered included I guess New Labour, cool britannia, also The Spice Girls and Diana's death. The reaction to which prompted a bemused Michael Portillo to say he felt like he was living in a foreign country. Ive tried google but can't find it. If I had the exact name might be able to find it on youtube.
