Because they waited until four months after it started in the US and showed the whole season in one go.

They started in the New Year didn't they? But I'm sure they had a mid season break but that might have been for season 2.

It's so good, I hope she gets signed to a big label.

Glee project in the UK season 2 - when???

Does anyone know when the show airs in the UK? The new season of Glee starts in the US soon and last year The Glee Project started much earlier in the year.

Seemingly they plan to air it alongside the new season of Glee. Do you think the clever people at sky are aware that the prize for winning the Glee Project is a guest starring role in Glee. So in fact we may see the winner on the main show ie foind out who wins before we officially find out who the winner is on the Glee Project.

There are 11 episodes to the Glee Project so they might not start the winner till episode 12 after the mid season break of Glee.

Let's hope Sky have their facts straight then.

Apparently the winners first episode is episode 5.

It all depends when they use the winner of the Glee project. If they start them after 12 episodes then you should be OK, but obviously not if they start during the first 11 episodes.

Looks like it is episode 5, so it will be spoilt I'm afraid.

It's coming in September, was originally going to be August but Sky had to change the broadcast date (for unknown reasons)

The winner will appear in Glee from episode 5, Glee starts in the US on September 13th

11 episodes of the Glee Project, 1 more than last year

You never know, they might show 2 episodes a week?

I'm not sure of the dates Sky will be airing The Glee Project or Glee but the winner's first episode, episode 5, doesn't air in the US until 8th November, so that may give Sky a chance to catch up, particularly if they were to air more than one episode a week.

I've a feeling Sky will wait to air it. Maybe until the first break, but they will probably air it in two blocks, i.e Oct-Dec and Mar-May.

If they end up showing The Glee Project winner on screen before The Glee Project finishes, then that is just ridiculous.

As I predicted. Glee Project in autumn, Glee season 4 from January.

Quote:
Glee series 4 broadcast date | 30 August 2012

We know Glee fans have been patiently waiting for news of the new season, especially now that Fox have announced their launch date.

We originally thought that the majority of our customers would want to see Glee as soon as possible, but last year you gave us feedback about the constant breaks in scheduling (owing to one-off broadcasts of live sport and other events in the US) and told us you wanted a more consistent scheduling pattern.

We listened to the feedback and have decided to begin showing Season 4 in January 2013, so we can play out in an unbroken run.

The good news for Gleeks is that to whet your appetites for the brand new season, we'll be airing Season 2 of spin-off show The Glee Project on Sky1 HD this autumn. The second series of the show will be broadcast on Thursdays at 9pm in the Glee slot.
