    I say Faith, but only when she appeared in Angel.

    Because of the Buffy (the character) centric nature of the writting a lot of the secondary characters on Buffy (the show) only really got the chance to show shine in Buffy-less environments (Faith, Cordy, Wesly, and even Angel himself).
