  I downloaded it on my Android Hudl just a few days ago. I went to the Get Started page and got all the channels.

  Sounds to me like the OP is using an iPad and not an Android tablet?

  Try the STV player - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.stv.android.player&hl=en-GB
  
  Plays most ITV programmes.
  
  (you're in Scotland, right, which means you'll have a Scottish postcode to enter in the required field on install)
