    For many years - When Saturday Comes suggests it was from 1967 to 1986 - Torquay United's Saturday home games kicked off at 19.30.

    'to attract holiday makers I presume, did they switch between september and march? seems a bit of a gamble seen tufc twice at home - but they are miles from other sides not much away support so I presume thats the gamble.

    wish they did this nowadays - we played 26/27/30/2 AFAIK. this was owing to a fixture backlog.
