By these pictures alone, I would go with A. B, however, has a nice head of hair which I prefer over the bald / shaved look, so it's a very close call - both are fine and normal, one does not stand out excessively over the other!

Judging by your username I'm going to say your Option A. Both your username and the gentleman in that picture have the whiff of a provincial cabaret artist who dreams of making it in the big city.
It's not the same person though, is it? There is a similarity in the eyes of the two - was wondering if the bet was whether he looks better with or without hair and a beard.
Are you trying to ascertain who is better looking or who you think is better looking. Or are you trying to figure out who you fancy. Who do you think is better looking, then maybe I can tell you who IS better looking.
