However, we are told by head office to notify every customer any form of digital product - PSN, XBL or Steam is non-refundable and non-exchangeable on the basis we do not produce the codes - they are delivered instantly from Sony, Valve and Microsoft.
Oh, and i work in GAME and I studied Law;)
As you work in GAME could you confirm something for me?! My local store showed me a list of games available to pre-order for PS4 (something from your head office) and Gran Turismo 6 was on it though when I tried to order it came back with allocation already full. When I got home I did plenty of Googlingg but can't find anywhere saying GT6 is definitely coming out for PS4 yet. Does GAME know something others don't?

Yeah according to Game they sold me a valid code which Sony provided them.

I'm not sure about GT6. GAME are taking pre-orders however no-one has confirmed a PS4 version, so for now in my opinion steer clear:)
Some staff in Game can be a bit clueless when it comes to returns yet they seem like wizards when it comes to selling you stuff, funny that
I remember i took a WiiU back as the gamepad couldn't connect to the console, the guy said he need to check it which is fairly reasonable
So he hooked it up all and then started trying to sync them by using a real pen with no lid on the gamepad screen, i would of told him to stop but i knew i'd be getting a new one anyway
After about 30/45 minutes of me stood at the front of the queue holding people up he gave up and got me a replacement, but again rather then do the sensible thing and just get a new boxed console out
He took a gamepad out of another box and gave me my original console back, luckily it worked
Edit: and the local game store banned me on facebook because i said (unfairly and i now know it was wrong) that they were idiots for selling me a broken and that i'd be getting a new console or my money back

The return stuff is usually because we have to clear it with management before it's processed, so we don't have to know everything, naturally it's the opposite for selling,
On the Vita, under 'Automatic Update Settings', I've checked all the options, but there's no setting for what time to auto update? When will it wake out of sleep mode and upload all my saves?

Think this may explain your issues if you haven't already seen it

Really wish they would test new products like this before releasing them to the public!!
Hang in there, the Vita is a great little machine!
I hadn't seen that but yeah, that's the same error message that I am getting.
I gave it a try and it worked fine (pity it took them 2 weeks to sort it mind you)
