  it is just the fact that they have a garage block and dont techinically live in our cul de sac just this bloke has about 4 cars and is not even a neighbour or a neighbours visitor one offs i can put up with
  
  I cant get a smaller car i have a pug 206, how much smaller can you get really.

  Get an old banger and accidentally reverse into their car a couple of times a week, this usually solves the problem.
