Andy is really, really, really intelligent. I really, really, really like and respect him. I wish I was more like him.
Hang in there Mousey, it'll happen for you one day when you too can be like Andy, as bright as a 4 watt bulb, surely something we should all be aspiring to ;-)
(I might have to learn to love tomato ketchup first though, that might be my sticking point.)
Next week is 2 years since Maurel first got together!
Joy. My cup runneth over. Does it get much better than this?
I think we should throw a Kylie and Jason finger puppet 'Especially for You' party in celebration.
But what is there to con? Sam's got less than your average church mouse?
I said on another thread that I think she's using him to get away from her life but that's about it. She certainly doesn't fancy him, her eyes lit up when she saw Robbie, lol!
Sammeh jealous already - is this gonna be Olena all over again?
That's exactly what I was wondering, you could see him getting all flustered and that horrible jealous look coming back on his face that he had whenever Eli went near Olena. Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up grassing Tracy to whoever it is that she's trying to get away from as he can be a right spiteful git.
With regards to Andy's accident (I didn't watch the episode), it's all about proving negligence from a health & safety pov. Who witnessed Adam driving the tractor? - will it come down to Andy's word against the Barton's?
Could it be argued that Andy was equally as negligent working with a machine that was still in "operational" mode?

Well tbf, the tractor wasn't 'operational' until Adumb climbed in and turned the ignition on.
I think only James saw the accident happen, but half the village heard Adumb eventually confess that it was he who did it, not James, and that he was drunk.

Turning the tractor ignition on would not have made the baler start up - farm machinery is a bit more sophisticated than your average hoover ;-):D - if it did, then Andy was at fault for not disengaging the operational status of the baler when he stopped the tractor.

Well, there is that
The question is - whether Andy has a claim against the Barton business (industrial accident) or whether his claim can only be against the negligence of another employee - a very grey area.
Maybe we'll get to see Cain going out on the rob again to pay it off

Thanks Sheepie That's nice to hear.
I feel a bit sorry for Moira in all this as whether she's responsible or not that toe-rag she calls a son will make her feel like she is but I hope she bats those accusations away like she did tonight. About time Adam had to face some justice for his hot-tempered crimes (throw in some anger management classes too, if anyone needs them it's that big, petulant lump!) Yes he had a shock but that's no excuse to be unprofessional at work (not forgetting he had a few days to calm down by then, hardly like he'd just found out). Using machinery when he'd been drinking? Bloody idiot. You'd have thought the thick git would be wanting to look after his inheritance not try and destroy it/bankrupt it by letting personal problems override all reason!
Comments
It's Grouty, so I think it does!:D
Neither did I
Congrats on the mildstone JaB
Oh a MILDSTONE!!! Congrats on your first champers and canapes on t'Daileh Jab.:cool:
Donna with FitSadlyNotGayCarjackerRoss?
The Bartons will be up on a case of negligence - however, Andy will have to prove that Adam was drunk ;-)
And with those mentioned, that is a problem how exactly?!:D:D
Congratulations
I'm not saying as I don't want to be sent to Tenerifie:D:D
Vanessa is back at the end of this month apparently.
I don't care where Ali and Ruby are - is that wrong? :kitty:
Champers and canapés Jab :D
No, Jewels and her premature congratulations
Ha!:D:D
They really need to pair him off with Finn ;-)
Seconded
But not as much as me watching him.
She has that healthy form of cancer.
The one where you're bouncing around like a spring chicken until about two days before you die.
Would someone please tell Lisa to keep away from the electric sockets.
The 'charged' hair is not a good look.

And there's me putting him on my team >:(
*kicks meself up the @rse*

Tipping point.
Marlon.
*gently pushes Marlon in the back*
Because he's Marlon and once you've had his child he owns you.
Apparently.
Kerreh's 'tanning' skills?
That's exactly what we were saying!
Bloody hell, glass half-full is Andy isn't he?!

I like Sam, does it show? :kitty:
Good job I'm not his mother, I'd have been worse than that!
But yes, nice to see her standing up to him after being cowed for so long.
You'd have thought so!
I like Bernice but I have to agree. She's nightmare girlfriend material. I felt smothered just watching.
Psst. *whispers* Don't tell them!
However ....
Well, he was seen in the pub knocking them back before he went back to work was he not?

😁
He's a CRIMINAL>:(
So how did he start on the tomato sauce ?
So am I
Despicable conduct>:(
Good casting. He's the spitting image of Dan
He is bad
Of course
She is Head Dingle and has to look after her gang
But why. What did it achieve ?
Stupid Sam......roll eyes.
Why would he want to prove that Adam was drunk. The best compo would be an insurance pay out.
