I look at his crotch first to see how big he is, then chest to see if I can see nipples through material and chest hair poking out the top, then a shaven face and good teeth in that order. Then I look at eyes,hair and hands.
Colouring - I like really dark-haired Mediterranean/Middle Eastern/North African/.... looks. Of course, it helps if they're handsome, clean and well-presented.
For me it is all about the hair. I can guarantee I will go straight for the guys with either buzz cut or no hair at all. And then from there I work my way down the body.
