Kieron may not be the best skater to have graced the ice - but for me he grew throughout the whole competition and had such a great personality and always tried so hard - even after smacking his face on the ice

3. Mikey Graham/Suzanne Shaw. I can't decide between them! Mikey because he was hilarious, and Suzanne because she always gave great performances (Y)
Kieron - Great fun to watch
Suzanne - she skated really well - though I enjoyed watching Chris too and their rivalry made that year's competition interesting.

I only got into DOI with series 4, hence the lack of earlier contestants - although I have seen a fair bit of some of them on the tours, DVDs etc. (Claire, Chris etc.) Kieron Richardson was a very close 4th for me!

1) melinda messenger - i just thought she was very good actually tried the hardest lifts, never got the praise for it either !. plus she was a fighter after being in the bottom two alot.
2) heather mills - i always have kind of liked her for a reason i dont know why. i was intrigued to see how good she would actually be and she turned out to be better than half of the people on the show haha
3) gaynor faye - the first contestant. her partnership with dan was very good

2= Suzanne Shaw/Chris Fountain - can't separate them; their series was probably the best.
3= Clare Buckfield/Kyran Bracken - for similar reasons to above - they were both great in their own ways and contributed to a great series/final.
I liked all three women as well
I think we were totally in the minority where Heather was concerned though!
Wish Melinda had been a bit better, and Gaynor was a great first winner although her skating is noticeably weaker compared to what has followed.
