Virgin FLY SL500i

Hello, am facing a major problem with this phone. I put in a virgin sim card and it says "enter PUK code" and when I put in any other SIM card like o2, it says "enter master code" anybody please please help me!:confused:

    The Virgin SIM had a PIN code on it which has been incorrectly entered at least 3 times. Call their CS to get the PUK. The phone is locked to Virgin which is why it is prompting for an unlock code if you put a SIM from another network in.
