The boundary issue could have been fixed in this parliament. But the Lib Dems blocked it. if they had stood with their coalition partners then there was nothing Labour could do to prevent it.
They are no less undemocratic than a party that assumes power with less than half of the votes and less than half of the seats.
They are as bad as each other.
When was the last time any party assumed power with 50+% of the vote?
But note that the current electoral system was endorsed in a popular referendum.

Personally I am not that bothered about electoral reform. I will criticise Tory policies till the cows come home but I won't complain about Cameron becoming PM when only a minority of the adult population voted for him. As long of course as the Tories don't complain when Labour governs in similar circumstances.
