Phone suggestions please

My contract is up in a fortnight, so I thought I'd see what's about and recommended, and if there's anything that matches the specs I want either out or coming. I currently have a HTC One (M7), but ideally I'd like something smaller. What would be ideal would be:
4.3" screen, 720p (or 4")
Min 1Gb RAM
Min 8Gb storage
MicroSD card slot at least 32Gb
Removable battery (at least 2000 mAh)
Good quality loudspeaker with decent volume
Dual-SIM card slots
3G
Android 4.3 min (as some of the apps I use are Android only)
Black or very dark grey
Not too fussed about the CPU (anything over 1.2Ghz dual-core will do) or camera (as long as it has a flash).
I had thought about the Sony Z1 Compact, but not dual-sim, nor removable battery and I don't know how the speaker volume compares to the HTC volume wise (I can't try at a shop as I can't go out currently, and have to buy mail order).
