A FULL 200g BAG Bistro Style *beet:prooty&leafy* Salad - [9p] [The full bag =56cals] Topped with :-
1 sizzled Egg - using just 1 Tsp/ splash of dark soy sauce -
topped with a covering of Morrison's cheapest *dried herbs*
cooked beside >> 1 Heinz peeled tomato & some of the sauce
Put the Full bag of Bistro salad into a 10" x 10" silicon 2"High square baking thingy then added :-
The cooked / soy poached - egg - dried herb and - juicy saucey tomato
then drizzled it ALL with some *Encona Thai sweet chilli sauce* @12-35pm
[ I Will look out for a nice 10" x 10" dish & 2 -1/2 " deep
which will easily hold a full pack of any salads and >>>>>>>>> any extras
rather than heaping it all UP high - in a large pasta type bowl ]
Late last night 2am ? I felt very peckish .... so had :-

with swirls of sweet chilli sauce - in the above mentioned
black silicon square baking thingy ]
So I am off to make One more Stir Fry
1 x 320g Sweet & Crunchy Stir Fry - [ 112 cals x 2 ] [ Were £1-29 - got 5 packs @9p ]
With 2 tsps [ 10mls ] Encona Thai sweet chilli dipping sauce
Followed by another mug of white Punjana tea @9-15pm
Got to get through all 18 LEAFY Bargain packs ASAP
[ Will have had about 7 of them today .... and had 3 of them last night ]
So far today have not had 1000 calories yet >>>> until I eat another Stir fry
I Will have had approximately 1,041 Calories today >>>>> when I have had the above meal
walkers mix ups?! cheese flavour..it feels somewhat unnatural to eat cheesey monster munch..I have picked out the wotsits, my friend ate the 'abominations' Hehe
choccy...although not a balanced diet today..I have consumed just about 40g of fat in the whole day..think the calories have racked up to 1000...I have this cheesecake slice..400calories but a whopping 29g fat..think I will have a packet of skips instead
