She treats Nico like an irritating younger sister, who she can occassionally exploit for one of her schemes. I don't see much motherly love there.
That is what really bugs me, Sienna was desperate for a family and children after losing her own daughter, then she found out that her daughter was alive and was determined to track her down.
Sienna thought that Nico was dead but got her back 14 years later, at that point everything in Sienna's life should have been about Nico. The writers really made a bad and weird decision with the writing of Sienna after that, Nico was just there and Sienna was acting like she had always been around and then they moved the focus onto Dodger.

But I assume JP decided that being treated badly was all he was worth and in the typical way someone with no selfworth does took the cheater back

Nut job was in denial about her health. Plastic McQueen (Theresa) tried to convince nut job how serious mini fruit loops condition was. It hit home a bit. So now Nut jobs back up solution is to get Shirtless (now in a horrific festive jumper) to fall in love with her & to have another mini fruit loop together just in case!! ;-)
I hope Santa brings Ste a punch in the face for Christmas. Or even better an alien bursts out of Sineads chest during the ultrasound and tears Ste's face off.
Obviously the alien will arrive on Christmas day & be wearing a red Santa hat! ;-)
