Vectone Mobile - Voucher Top Ups? Cannot get!

Dear all,
I've been a vectone mobile customer for 6 months or so, never really has any issues, although some have on some forums - however, I've tried 4 times over 2 weeks to top up by vouchers, and both Tesco and Sainsburys process the sale then it voids the sale,
Has anyone else had a problem getting a voucher recently? are they is trouble, and these supermarkets stopped issueing vouchers - any one else had issues recently april 2013
