I normal run avg but I keep having a problem does anyone know anything else I can use ?

- What version of AVG?
- What operating system?
- What actually is the problem?

Uninstall AVG then download Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) and install it.

I've read comments from people who don't like MS software who think MSE is the best.

Avast and Avira are ok, but as above MSE seems to be the choice, and it's free.

Mind you, you never replied as to what the problem was you were having with AVG, so who's to say it won't reoccur with any other antivirus program? Want to enlighten us perhaps?

it keeps saying error everytime i start computer up
i unistall it avg still says error try to re stall wont let me

What says error? The system? The program? Is it when you try to run AVG or all the time? Is it in the BIOS, or when you get into Windows? Is it automatic (ie like a popup) or a system message when you try to run AVG?

the error shows up as soon as you start the computer up and I havent got avg on no more

Reinstall AVG. Then uninstall again with Revo Uninstaller.
