Burlesque. Watched it today. It's pretty bad, and the only person who can act in the film is Stanley Tucci and Kristen Bell, but... I couldn't look away, I really enjoyed it. Even if it is a Coyote Ugly rip off.
Hell yeah - great film. Shark in Venice and Shark Zone are both equally bad / funny
Stealth Fighter - a cheap action movie with Ice T, Costas Mandaylor and Ernie Hudson (as the US President). It's soooo funny - at least 3/4 of the action scenes are taken from other movies and stock military footage. The fighter planes don't match up, they even manage to throw footage of war movies from completely different eras in there. It's a total riot.
Raptor - a great monster movie with Eric Roberts, Corbin Bernsen and Tim Abell. It uses loads of footage from the 'Carnasaur' series of films, and the end sequence has Eric Roberts in a white forklift truck battling a raptor, but they cut it with lots of footage of a different actor in a yellow JCB type thing, also fighting a different dinosaur. It has to be tongue in cheek. There is an 8 minute plus sex scene that seems to be the same 30 seconds of film just looped over and over. Incredible stuff.
Essential for lovers of bad movies.
Honourable mention to Octopus 1 and 2 and Crocodile 1 and 2 (with the legendary Michael Kove).
Raptor is definitely on my 'to watch' list! I've heard good/bad things about it - it's supposed to be great/awful.
Surprised not more people have said 'The Room', it is definitely the most obvious choice for me. I agree with whoever said 'Elvira: Mistress of the Dark', although I think that film was intentionally cheesy and ridiculous, unlike 'The Room'.
Another obvious film which nobody has mentioned is 'Plan 9 From Outer Space', one of the most famous 'so bad it's good' films of all time.
Elizabeth Berkley's 'acting', terrible/bizarre dialogue like the scene where they both talk about having tried dog food, the beginning when she randomly pulls a knife out on that truck driver, the pool scene... this movie is a hot mess, it's hilarious.
Dark Star - a cult classic - Known for the 'Beachball' alien, and the existential talk with the bomb. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSccwmmrS5A
Oh! and Dan O'Bannon - the screenwriter behind the 'Alien' movies, Total recall, and AVP - wrote it, and plays the lead character.
And how about a couple of early Peter Jacksons...
'Bad taste' and 'Braindead'
The toxic avenger there were 3 of us watching it and all of us were roaring with laughter , this was in the late 80's though I don't know if I would find it so funny now

1985 Lidl version of Alien. Hilarious dialogue, bad acting and a crappy alien

Love that film Mine would be Grease 2, it had so much hype to live up to but take it on its own and I think it's not a bad film.
Love that film
Matrix: Remember when I promised to kill you last?
Sulley: Yeah you did!
