Hi,
Not a bit good with technology
and was hoping someone could assist?
My Iphone 4S is displaying this message "This phone hasn't been backed up in 69 weeks. Backups happen when the phone is plugged in, locked and connected to WI-FI"
I can't get the message off the screen, the phone won't switch off, I can't make or receive calls, I can't do anything.
I've plugged my phone into the computer and backed it up. Well i've tried, think I done it right. Anyway, nothing's happening, the message won't shift. It's getting really frustrating now, I need to answer the phone for work.
Can anyone help me?
