I've found that is come out this year on DVD. I remember being glued to it when it was on the TV and I'm considering getting it.

Just wondering does anyone remember it or have they got the DVD is it as good as I remember it is?

Just looking for opinions.

    Bought the DVD a few weeks ago, its still good, some parts are laughable like the torches, but its well worth buying just to watch again.

    Yes it is good but if you haven't read the book, get that as well as it fleshes the story out a lot (and the first floating market is in Harrods where he wanted it to be).

    I really enjoyed it about a year ago, but it wasn't STUNNINGLY brilliant...

    I remember being hooked on it, I was 11-12 at the time though. >_>
