Somewhat irritatingly I accidentally put Apu on a 7 day mission.
Put the Kwik-E-Mart in your inventory. it will warn you that Apu will be stored to and it will cancel any tasks he is doing. Then just put it back in your town.

This game is a ****ing piece of shit. The latest update has completely ruined my Springfield and I have to start all over again. It says that I have signed in on another device and must sign out of it before I use this one... I've only played this game on my iPhone, nothing else. Such a piece of shit!
I hate EA.
If there's absolutely no way to get my town back then I've just wasted months playing a game for nothing, and to think I was actually going to consider spending many a couple of pounds on some donuts too!

I had this - contact EA and they may be able to restore your game for you. I don't know what they did for me but they got my game back!!

Sounds like someone else has accessed your town. There is currently a glitch that sometimes logs you into a random town instead of your own. It sounds like this has happened to someone and they have got into your town and messed around with it. This will be why you are getting the message about signing into another advice.

I had that once - but I just ignored it and nothing untoward happened.
I get that message now and again and it logs me out. When I sign in again it seems to just pick up where I left off.
I don't understand it at all as I don't play the game on any other device!
I'm focussing just on the FriendPoints now, but even that is becoming a bit of a bore as it is only really doable once a day. Looking forward to having Stampy though!
Mini update today with a new premium decoration (probably an episode tie-in). Better news is that there's a new friend points bonus character to collect - Capital City Goofball so well worth visiting your friends and tapping away.

Exactly a year ago today was when Whacking Day started, so I was hoping that the tasks (I'm onto the 12 hour one) were setting up a major event. I hope something comes soon.. I was thinking something for Easter, but I don't think they'll do that after changing "Christmas" to "Holidays".

I personally don't think they will do a whacking day event again, I think they will do a major Easter event. But I'm always wrong so will probably be whacking day again.
