I'm enjoying season 2 but the one problem I have with the show is are we actually supposed to like any of the characters?
All this talk of white hats and gladiators is all well and good but all the characters are pretty flawed and do some pretty questionable things. At the start I was on Olivia and co's side but they seem just as bad as the rest of them.
The only one that seems to have any morals is David Rosen.
I like Scandal - it's a kind of West Wing meets 24 as you never know what ludicrous plot twist is coming next. The fact that all of the characters "pretty flawed" is part of what makes it so interesting. Far better than the usual simple setup of "good" vs "bad".
Scandal is easily my favourite tv show at the moment... I love the fact that there is no clear good vs bad divide. It makes it a bit more interesting to see all the flaws.
As I said downloaded season 1, though not had time to watch any yet. Thanks to all the comments from you guys though, am looking forward to seeing it now
I am new to Scandal and I dont know how i missed this one. It aired last year October, and I have come across it in the last 4 weeks. Anyway I have been watching it online, and I am loving it. On Season 2 esp 7, but I will probably watch it all over again when Season 2 returns to More4:).

Kerry washington, i have loved her for years but i am so glad she is finally a lead in a television series and she plays one hell of a tough woman. She's amazing.
I might download season 2 or wait for it to be aired here as i have so many shows to watch at the moment

If you get into it getting to 2x13 will be more than worth it.
