I'm a Billy fan too by the way, always have been. I think he is an interesting character and well acted - it's just a shame that they hardly ever give him decent material.
Billy's "storylines" mainly consist of him bowing and scraping to King Phil, briefly growing a pair by standing up to him, get treated like crap by King Phil, then go back for more of the same, ad nauseum:yawn::yawn:
