I would like to see David and Amanda go, . I liked Alesha until her disgracful behaviour pressing Amanda and David's buzzers during a live show.

I would like to see the two women get replaced but that's not going to happen unless they want to leave. Simon isn't going to change any part of the show after how badly damaged The X Factor was after changing the panel every year.
Pant & Dreck need to go too. They're the very definition of "phoning it in" on this show.
If Simon took a break, then people would be saying Simon should return because the show isn't the same, as they did when he took a break from the X Factor. There is no pleasing some people.

Simon is important to both shows. He knows what happened to both when he left (even if he only left BGT for a while in 2011) and he won't let it happen again. The shows need him.
